Very friendly staff and seats and screens are always clean and tidy! Once gave a free refill for a flat coke so no complaints! If you have Cineworld unlimited card you get access to early screenings of certain films which I found a really great experience. Only complaint is there is never more than one person serving at the ice cream counter so more often than not you can be left waiting around for ice cream when the movie is about to start. Overall great experience and very handy having a huge car park outside to cater for all the screens they have.
Been visiting this cinema ever since the days it was initially owned & opened by Virgin... Back then it was a state-of-the-art establishment, today, it's showing it's age... It's still a fairly decent cinema, but could really do with a refurbishment. Combine this with, and this applies to all cinemas in general, the over-priced snacks nibbles and drinks, it's no wonder that they don't bother to stop the customers coming in with their own goody bags (as we do)... It's a very rare event for us to go to the cinema these days, as a family ticket costs nearly £30... The film has to be something worth the expense for us to indulge ourselves...

I have a cinema pass for this Cinema and I love it. Great value for money. The cinema has been going for years but now with cineword it is clean and the staff are friendly. It is my favourite cinema in the Medway area.

Friendly, helpful staff. A little pricey but what cinema isn't?! Good parking available. Easy reach of restaurants in Dockside.
Staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Parking was good. Only negative was the very lower resolution of the projector. I have not been to any cinema for a long time and comparing it to our old HD TV might be unfair but would be expecting to get a good or better picture and sound than one can get at home.

West end shows in Chatham, value for money, no train delays into London, trying to get home with drunks on train, easy to get to and parking not bad. Bar prices ok. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and smile. Good productions. Some great celebs.
Nice smaller venue. Decent well priced little bar and ice cream at the interval. Pretty much everything you need for a nice trip to the theatre without crazy London prices

My daughter took part in a show here recently. The staff were all amazing and very well organised, unfortunately it gets very hot as there is no air con and the windows don't open.
Looks a nice clean place. Staff are friendly and helpful. They do children work shops in school holidays.

A tiny jewel in Medway! Go transport yourself in comfort (with a bar) for the evening!
Had a great night, brilliant play. Can't wait to book again
