Great shop, sells something for nearly every outdoor activity. Great quality and not bad prices either. There is always good service from the helpful and knowledgeable staff. The discount card also is a pretty nifty scheme allowing you to get all the best offers and deals when you shop there if you are a regular.
It's great that dogs are welcome, and there's even bowls of treats and water at the entrance. I'd seen a coat online that I liked but couldn't see it in-store... asked someone to help and found it. I found the staff friendly, polite and helpful. And with my discount card got a fab new coat and fleece for a really good price. Definitely recommend

Excellent & top quality. I deliver training in public speaking for a range of organisations including the charity, Blind Veterans. I wanted a t-shirt in the colours of the Union Jack & Blind Veterans (red, white & blue) which had the word ALIVE embroidered in white on the back of it. The idea being that, when we pull on a t-shirt, we see the back of it just before it goes over our head. So seeing - or feeling it, in this case - the word ALIVE, helps people to feel more ALIVE. Like a magic vest. They love the t-shirts. Thank you.

Awesome shop with very helpful staff who knows what they are selling and why. They love their job and it shows in shop stock and service. They just need an airconditioning to keep temperatures low and they are golden. Still it remains a shop we always visit when passing by even if is just for a chat.

The people who own 308 couldn't be more helpful, if they haven't got what you want they will go out of their way to try and get it for you. I tried every where to get a Stoner LMG with out success, 308 got it for me in 3 days.
